Squashwest and Chess National Master Lou Mercuri are collaborating to offer a one week camp at Squashwest that combines chess in the AM with Lou Mercuri, Chess Master and premier instructor; and an afternoon of squash with our Director of Squash, Gary Gargan and staff.

Afternoons with Lou Mercuri, Chess, US Life Master
- Prolific experience as Trainer and Coach; MA Youth
- Defeated World Champion, A Karpov in exhib. 1990
- USCF Rating 2375 and U.S. Life Master
- Awarded International title of FIDE Trainer at Turin Olympics in May 2006 (awarded to certified trainers rated over 2300)
- Coached numerous Mass. players & teams at National Scholastic Championships

- 1:30-3:00 Students play competitive games
- 3:00-3:15 Analyze students games and provide feedback
- 3:15-3:35 Second topic of the day using illustrative game
- 3:35-3:45 Wrap up session and discuss next day topics
